Your Role

As one of our Recruitment Resourcers, you will communicate with clients to undertake recruitment advertising campaigns, manage ongoing campaigns, and monitor their performance.

Specifically, you will:

- Liaise with clients to discuss vacancy requirements
- Review and shortlist applications using our proprietary software
- Seek feedback on candidate suitability
- Engage in volume recruitment projects
- Maintain up-to-date records on our CRM system

About You

To be considered as our next Recruitment Resourcer, you will need:

- A B2B customer service and support background
- A commercial mindset
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

If you’ve previously worked as Recruiter, Resourcer, Recruitment Co-ordinator, Recruitment Administrator, or In-House Recruiter that would be beneficial to your application but we’re equally keen to here from Customer Service professionals or Account Managers from other industries.

We are currently experiencing a period of rapid growth as we move into 2020 and as such, we are looking for experienced and ambitious Business Development Managers to join our team.

We’re now looking for Business Development Managers to help us reach ambitious monthly revenue targets as our client base grows.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with creating sales of our Applicant Tracking System, Webrecruit ATS, and forging opportunities for our recruitment advertising solutions.

You will create a high-volume, high value pipeline of business, develop profitable relationships with your account base and drive our growth.

The portfolio of solutions Webrecruit has created encompasses the wide array of challenges facing our clients. You’ll need to be creative in your development of sales proposals that meet the complex issues clients face and will be comfortable communicating them directly to senior decision makers.

About You:

To join our passionate and dedicated team, you will need:

- Experience of selling advertising and/or job board contracts OR Recruitment agency experience OR software sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A driven, target-focused approach

The Rewards:

- Up to £35,000 basic DOE
- A high value commission scheme (OTE up to £70,000)
