We’re now looking for Business Development Managers to help us reach ambitious monthly revenue targets as our client base grows.

Your Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with creating sales of our Applicant Tracking System, Webrecruit ATS, and forging opportunities for our recruitment advertising solutions.

You will create a high-volume, high value pipeline of business, develop profitable relationships with your account base and drive our growth.

The portfolio of solutions Webrecruit has created encompasses the wide array of challenges facing our clients. You’ll need to be creative in your development of sales proposals that meet the complex issues clients face and will be comfortable communicating them directly to senior decision makers.

About You:

To join our passionate and dedicated team, you will need:

- Experience of selling advertising and/or job board contracts OR Recruitment agency experience OR software sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A driven, target-focused approach

Right now, we’re looking for someone with a passion for clean UI and UX to join us for a two week internship and gain some valuable hands-on experience.

What will you be doing?

- Typography and iconography
- Navigation and breadcrumb trails
- Page layout and structure
- Consistency in help icons, tooltips and prompts
- Checkbox, toggle and pagination rules

What will you need?

To be considered for this internship opportunity, you will need:

- A degree in web design (or be working towards this)
OR
- An education or qualifications that cover HCI (human computer interaction)

UX or UI design experience would be beneficial to your application, as would any knowledge of Bootstrap. This could have been gained from an educational project, another internship or even a professional role or similar.

About You

To be considered as a Junior Developer, you’ll need a degree level qualification (at a minimum) which has equipped you with:

- A strong grounding in .NET, C#, ASP and/or MVC
- HTML, CSS, JS and SQL skills

Ideally, you’ll have at least one year’s experience in a commercial software development environment but we’re also eager to hear from graduates who are looking for their first industry role. Any .NET Core knowledge or experience would be a distinct advantage.

Experience with any popular front-end framework such as Bootstrap or jQuery would put you ahead of the crowd, as would familiarity with source-control systems.

What you will be doing

Our Senior Developer / .NET Software Engineer will be in the thick of the development action, creating advances, enhancements and new features that are rolled out on a monthly basis.

You'll spend some of your time developing items specifically for our clients and the remainder continuing to evolve and advance our system. You'll also be involved in making sure clients’ applications are working properly and developed according to specifications.

- Commercial full-stack experience
- Familiarity, and ideally experience, with .NET Core
- Experience with a popular front-end framework, ideally Bootstrap or jQuery

- Experience with Agile methodologies

For bonus points?

- Around five years’ experience (or the drive to step up)

Your Role

About You

- Experience in a QA testing role
- Knowledge of testing tools and issue tracking systems
- Experience with developing and maintaining test plans

Although not essential, an awareness and understanding of web technologies and frameworks, such as HTML, JS and/or Bootstrap would be beneficial.

The Role

Reporting into the Managing Director, the Financial Controller is a member of the Senior Management Team and provides excellent leadership of the Finance function and takes responsibility for performing a range of accounting duties to support the smooth running of the organisation. This is a very hands-on position that will see you work closely with other areas of the business and provide support to key stakeholders across the company.
