We’re now looking for Client Relationship Managers / Sales Executives to help us reach ambitious monthly revenue targets as our client base grows in 2019.

Your Role:

As a Client Relationship Manager / Sales Executive, you will be tasked with creating sales of our ATS, Fusion Plus, and forging opportunities for our recruitment advertising solutions.

You will create a high-volume, high value pipeline of business, develop profitable relationships with your account base and drive our growth.

The portfolio of solutions Webrecruit has created encompasses the wide array of challenges facing our clients. You’ll need to be creative in your development of sales proposals that meet the complex issues clients face and will be comfortable communicating them directly to senior decision makers.

About You:

To join our passionate and dedicated team, you will need:

- Recruitment agency experience OR experience of selling advertising and/or job board contracts OR recruitment/HR technology sales experience
- Advanced communication skills coupled with influencing abilities
- A driven, target-focused approach

The Rewards:

- Up to £30,000 basic DOE

The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will build long-lasting, profitable relationships with leading brands and companies to support Webrecruit’s ongoing growth.

Every organisation has a unique set of challenges that come with hiring the right talent at the right cost per hire and we’ve created software and advertising solutions, as well as combinations of these, that deliver every time for a huge variety of different hiring needs.

You’ll be selling one of several versions of our Fusion ATS system, alongside our superb advertising solutions. Forging a high-volume pipeline, you’ll ensure a constant flow of new clients will be passed to our account management and development teams.

Specifically, you will:

- Engage with potential customers using a mix of sales and account management skills
- Promote the benefits of our technology and advertising solutions
- Deliver a world-class level of service to clients

About You:

We’re looking to high performers who are focused on results and come from a recruitment agency, advertising sales or job board background.

You’ll also need:

- A target-focused approach
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to build great rapport
- A positive and proactive nature

About You

To be considered as a Software Support Executive, you will need:

- Experience in an IT support role, ideally software-based

- The ability to prioritise workloads and deal with changing priorities
- An interest in all things tech
- An excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Well developed problem-solving skills

Because of this, we are now looking for an additional QA Tester to join our ranks and enable us to deliver on our exciting roadmap for 2019 and beyond.

Your Role

As part of our QA function, you’ll be working in tandem with our Development and Support Teams to ensure all new functionality is tested to the highest standard.

Specifically, you’ll complete release and regression testing for each monthly platform update and various larger projects/modules. You’ll be working within a dedicated testing and QA environment and will play a vital role in an established Agile software development cycle.

About You

To be considered as our next QA Tester, you will need:

- Experience in a QA testing role
- Knowledge of testing tools and issue tracking systems
- Experience with developing and maintaining test plans

Although not essential, an awareness and understanding of web technologies and frameworks, such as HTML, JS and/or Bootstrap would be beneficial.
